No 401k match Raises are very rare (even cost of living adjustments) while health insurance premiums rise each year Commission plans are constantly changed to shift earned money from sales back to the company Years of routine business as usual behavior has caused the company to severely lag behind competitors Micromanagement increased significantly as of late Employees blamed for failing to meet sales quotas despite not being given the tools to succeed and no new strategy from upper management Constant inventory issues making it difficult to win large deals Mainly "me too" commodity based products with no real market differentiator Typically don't replace employees when they leave or are fired and just spread their responsibilities to other employees that are already overworked IT infrastructure is terrible - Very old PCs being used as well as the internal systems being slow and outdated Future of company is very much in jeopardy. I would not recommend taking a job here at all.
