Pros
People are nice even those in the upper management. I never felt intimidated whenever I talked to them especially when we have employee engagements. They also give competitive salary and even if I'm just an independent contractor, they gave me allowance. They also advocate work-life balance,
Cons
We only have limited leave credits in w/c majority of it were applied to US holidays if we don't have work on those days.
