- Ungrateful Bosses. - 24/7 Work - Layoff employees every year. - Manipulative bosses. - All your opinion will be heard but will be used against you. - Bosses has no accountability to its people. - No respect to people - Always bad mouthing employees and no time boundaries. - No action for raised concerns - treated only as small problem but declined to see that big problem that arises. - Unlimited leaves BUT a lot of tasks will be assigned to you before you can take your leave. - Expect you to work even you're on leave. - High Turnover Rate these past few months (2024) - Will assign a lot of tasks during clearance and if it is not completed, they will hold the final pay and no longer pay you. Render period should be the role transition and all not assigning new tasks.

No Respect to employee's time - Will always contact you outside of business hours and will make you feel guilty because the company time is "flexible" - Expect you to be available 24/7 for them. If they message you at midnight or when you're ON LEAVE. You must respond to them no matter what. They will take it against you once you didn't. - They will tell you that you didn't have to work 24/7 BUT THEY WILL ASSIGN AND EXPECT A LOT OF THINGS TO DELIVER ON TIME. UNBELIEVABLE! - Act as if they bought your soul to work for them in your entire life. Resigned Employees - Boy boss always tend to BADMOUTH employees who resigned/ dismissed illegally - for the current employees to feel that big boss is always right. No professionalism and RESPECT to other people. Even the reason of your resignation is not connected to any circumstances happened, they will connect it to you as if "You did WRONG that's why you left" BUT THE REAL REASON OF RESIGNATION IS THEIR TOXICITY AND SIMPLE MINDED REASONS. - If you send your resignation, they'll assign vague requirements to your clearance that is impossible to complete. THEN, their "card" will always NOT to DISBURSE your final pay unless you insisted. TAKE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD TRANSITION ALL THE ASSETS AND DOCUMENTS TO THEM AND THEY SHOULD PROVIDE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS. Know your rights. Initiative - If you care a lot with your work, this company will DESTROY you. At first, they will appreciate your work then I work on overtime and weekends WITHOUT PAY just to make things up and meet the deadline. In the end, THEY DON'T CARE about it AND BLAME ALL THE BAD RESULTS TO YOU even tho they APPROVED ON THE DECISION! - BOY BOSS HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO EMPLOYEES UNDER HIM. Always blame you. Just a traditional boss who blame other people and did not take accountability to himself. Expect you to decide for all the things and just give him the results. If the tasks or project are for escalation anything will be blamed to you. - At first, they will feel like "Your voice is being heard" and "They are open for feedback" BUT AGAIN, they will just take it against you to make you look worst employee. BOSS SHE will gaslight you that you're not enough EVEN YOU GAVE YOUR ALL TO TASKS. SHE HAS HIGH SUPERIORITY COMPLEX TO ACCEPT ONE'S FEEDBACK. Doesn't recognize one's effort. - Feels like, They look down on people as TRASH. They are too abusive bosses to manipulate you.
