I made lifelong friends here, the people (other than execs) were amazing. The demographic was young & full of energy, the benefits were really good & the pay was decent. When business was doing good there was a lot of chances to grow.

It was impressive how fast they grew but even more impressive how fast it went to crap. The CEO is a delusional narcissist who has extreme liberation views on the world, he voices it with pride, but it makes the rest of the people who have other views feel uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure the CRO is just his buddy who is using him for a job ...... if that was my CRO he would be gone in a heartbeat! Strong feelings about working in the office full-time, not being flexible, or having any work/life balance.

- The lower level teams do care about their work, passionate and doing their best. - When the price goes up, spirits are good. - Interesting and challenging work that changes often.

- Leadership has town halls explaining things which then don't lineup with their actions after the fact. - They laid off a large number of staff after doing a first round of layoffs and promising that they wouldn't do it again. Doesn't make you feel very secure in your role when you get laid off after hearing that it wasn't going to happen. - No concept of work/life balance here. - Heavy libertarian and right wing views that are very blatant in the executives can make people with other views feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
