      Pros

      You get to be around a warehouse full of kids party supplies.

      Cons

      The CEO is very wishy washy and will fire and move people without a reason given. I worked in the office and heard her 1st hand bad mouth and make fun of her hardworking employees.

      Pros

      The warehouse has an air conditioner in summer and heat in winter. The orders are easy to process and the products are so fun. I love our morning meetings. Everyone is like family here. If you want to advance, just tell management and they will cross-train you in other jobs. The more you learn the higher your pay.

      I can't think of any. So much better than my last job.
