Hands down the best company I've worked for. The product is great, the freedom as a creative is awesome and the people that work there are all a gem!

discounts on nice shoes are a plus.

Cons

because the company is small they are still building policies, this really is hard on the employees. If you do not live in SF really no room to grow.
