There is nothing that fires me up more than being on a growing team and moving from an application, to a stack of products, to eventually a platform and figuring out how to become a google, facebook, amazon, etc. catered to SMBs. The possibilities really are endless for the company from that perspective as we have gone from a mere marketing tools, to Customer Experience platform.
