      Pros

      flexibility, most on the office worked from home when needed. Some of your teammates are nice and some managers have you in mind.

      Cons

      Blame fest. One department fails and blames the other, and the next department pushes it off their plate as fast as they can to blame the next guy. Workloads will not match your pay or job description and advancement seems to be reserved for people already in high position. Layoff city and people quitting means more work for you with little training. Management will stress the importance of one account and put you in a make or break scenario where you pull your hair out stressing over possible failure

      Very friendly atmosphere, lots of fun things for employees to do

      Cons

      Nothing of note. I was with the company briefly over 10 years ago as an intern, and then more recently as a contract worker. They were great.

      Pros

      Great learning experience - you learn the in's and out's of licensing, full lifecycle product management, sales, and account management.

      Cons

      Unequal workload pending on role. Coordinators are stuck with so much work that it burns through them and the turn over is very high. Pay is unequal compared to amount of work
