Management has to learn ethics, bad culture for employees to learn or grow - Head Biotique Employee Review

(1) Employee ideas are not valued; the organization is a ONE MAN SHOW; In-experienced top management; no authority is given to department heads; (2) Bad working culture/ethics and no moral value - employees get yelled at & are abused at as a daily routine (even women); (3) unnecessary pressure is created - knowledge measure of Management is un-imaginably tiny (doesn't remember product names even) (4) Extremely short sighted decision making (5) Not advisable for girls - because of reason (2).
