      Helping individuals that need someone that cares about them, the owners care and are on site everyday, lots of training

      Cons

      low pay, 24 hour on call, with a $611 million dollar budget shortfall in the state, pay is not going to increase.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.

      no cons, as long as you present yourself well and actually care about taking care of people.
