Working with many intelligent and nice people in many interesting diciplines such as microbiology, bioinformatics, scientific instrument design, and they have a top notch software department.

It is a lean environment so some departments feel understaffed.

If you have a PHD, you'll probably be making 6figures; lots of time-wasting meetings/activities

If you don't have a PHD, you'll be stuck making about minimum wage; many employees haven't had a raise in years; overworked and underappreciated; responsibilities added without appropriate compensation (or compensation comes late without back-pay)
