It is a lean environment so some departments feel understaffed.

The technology developed at this company is good and fits certain markets very well. There are fine support people involved.

The management's understanding of how various markets view the systems is poor. Researchers buying based on specs truly do like these systems. Biotech, pharma production/QA do not always share this perspective. They acquire systems for different reasons and Biolog does not seem capable of adopting to this.
