Great company in terms of benefits and compensation - Anonymous employee Biogen Employee Review

Lack of career development/advancement and micro managing, constant reorgs that are not always in the best interest of the employees and only for the higher ups to be more secure. Systems are overly complicated and not user friendly or intuitive. Morale is down.
