Pros
Caring company involved in the community selling products that are healthy. Good salary and benefits. Beautiful rural setting and family oriented. Most of management started at the bottom and worked their way up. Especially good place for women since there is no glass ceiling.
Cons
A bit remote if one is looking for a more urban vibe. Access to technology in a rural location can also be somewhat challenging. Winters are cold and windy but if you are a winter sports enthusiast that can be a good thing.
