This is the only place I have ever worked where everyone is smart, friendly, and willing to pitch in and share knowledge. The team is passionate about our mission and managers and the leadership care about their team members.
Cons
It is a start-up so things are still getting put in place. But honestly things will only get better and it's starting from a great place.
