Very innovative, highly intelligent, group of engineers, sales, marketing, executives, & technology people who are all operating at 110%. Pros, leaders in med-tech and ability to work in different areas; major pro is every voice is important, as an engineer you will never have this open an environment to work, innovate, and contribute outside of the box.
Cons
They generally want you in the office, team collaboration is very important, so there is not much opportunity for remote.
