Pros

The job is very easy. I haven't experienced any hassles. All the people I have met so far on the job from management to other couriers have been extremely nice.

Cons

You work alone. Lots of driving which can take a toll on your vehicle.

Pros

Most employees are talented. Collaboration is good in certain sites. Employee to employee communication is good. CEO is personable and trustworthy. Pay scales are agreeable

Cons

Micromanagement in certain sites. Unclear goals from Executive leadership. Unanswered questions for over 3 years Company doesn't address concerns in a timely fashion Uncertain futures for certain sites lead to toxic workplace atmosphere Employees disheartened and unmotivated due to the uncertain futures HR is mostly unreachable due to Executive leadership placing tasks on HR teams that are unrelated to their role. Employees suffer due to this. Quality department needs to be examined and redesigned. Far too much leadership changes in top roles. Tenured employees leaving at an alarming rate. This signals to underlying moral issues, poor management or stagnant growth. Employees that continue in their roles get the work from terminated employees divided up between them and no recognition.
