Awful, unhelpful, racist - Researcher BioTalentum Employee Review

-After I had accepted the offer, travelled to the country, rented a house Promise 3x the salary I ended up receiving once I moved to the country. -CEO rents houses to employees (the house costs the same amount as the salary, surprise!). -No proper onboarding. -No communication between departments. -Coleagues are mean and unhelpful and even racist. -Their english is not great and to make matters worse they do not take kindly to questions, Worse if the questions are clarifications about salary, benefits or anything relate (wonder why...)
