- Nelson Laboratories acquisition - Highly experienced and compassionate site manager - Investment in site infrastructure - Improving culture - Staff safety is paramount
Cons
- Still somewhat toxic culture - substantially improving but still a ways to go - Inexperienced QA group is not aligned with company goals and mission; is not on the same team, unprofessional and emotional - Salary is not commensurate with Bozeman cost of living - Lack of professional behavior, but, until recently, there were no leadership examples to follow
