poor / unexperienced top management, absence of corporate culture, hand-full of unexperienced SVPs are the only ones trusted by founders, who decide for every thing and on behalf of every one. Real experienced people (still in the company) play low keys to keep jobs and CYA. Salaries are not competitive anymore, career progression, very limited at most! The dream is gone, but still sleeping and looking at the past. Stock price went down so badly, trust in the company is gone, from market, only a take-over from one of the big 5 (for the technology, only) will happen in 3 to 5 years.
