There is no instruction from the top down. You have to learn on your own and when you don't do something properly, there is no assistance on how to fix it. Once again you have to figure it out. No structure or organization. If you are not a part of the "clique" you are left drowning. Even if you are a self-starter, there are things needed at the beginning that they don't give you.
