      Pros

      Easy-going creative atmosphere. Management and developers are easy to talk to and to work with. There is some job satisfaction coming from working in such setting. Somewhat flexible hours. Basically, all typical perks of a small company. And location is good too: LA, close to LAX airport.

      Cons

      Salary level is very average to say the least, there is virtually no bonus for working hard. Company being small has its drawbacks: no room for growth whatsoever, CEO micro-manages and changes direction a lot, no experience of working for a corporation.

      Pros

      BioDiscovery is a great company to work for. It offers flexible hours and scheduling at a family friendly company. Many locations throughout the US and internationally. Colleagues are kind, courteous and dedicated. Small company means many opportunities to present and implement your ideas. Company is upwardly mobile in an expanding market and has a lot of growth potential.

      Cons

      Due to small company size individual tasks and responsibilities are quite varied. Requires a bit of flexibility and an open mind.
