Mixed Bag - Director Bio-Techne Employee Review

Despite being given a great raise, a nice bonus and additional options, my position was suddenly eliminated two weeks later. Since so many employees have a long tenure (15plus years), this company seems to operate based on favoritism and status quo. It does not listen to considerations that might take a different approach. Note, I am not a disgruntled employee, BUT, beware if you are a new person coming in that wants to make a difference. You will be shut down very quickly.
