Bio-Techne offers high quality solutions, which makes my job as the to seller a bit easier as they have a good reputation in the scientific community. Commission on $1, no % threshold to unlock commission, commissions paid monthly.
Cons
High performers only get 3% salary increase each year. They let good talent walk out the door because they won’t pay people the salary they deserve. 401K match is only 50%.
