      Pros

      I have been with the company for 18 years and through many ups and downs. I would consider the last 3 years to be years of ups. Much improvement has been done with rewarding those that truly deserve it and having consequences for those who do not.

      Cons

      There are still many barriers that need to be broken down but that is in process. Other than that, not many cons. I love my job and company.
