They try to pit employee against employee as a performance improvement tactic. If you get hired, your job includes every single job in the office from janitor to warehouse packer No real incentives No benefits Dismal leadership and management You'd be happier working fast food or retail You need to throw out all morals because you'll be lying to customers and deceiving them every day
