Pros
- WFH - Looks nice on your resume if you're intending to move around fintech
Cons
- Unrealistic KPI, centered management - Only a handful of experienced hires that has relevant experience which you can't count beyond both hands, the remaining ones are blind leading the blind The incumbents who got promoted to "team leads" are - inexperienced; objectively assessing their skillset, they are equivalent to a junior analyst in a bank - insecure; because of their incompetency they feel threatened when challenged, crab mentality - lack of accountability, fingers pointing - poor communication skills, flip flop more than prata - lack of confliction resolution skills top of the heap or simply had no one else to promote? Experienced hires who intend to join as junior/senior analyst, apply only if you can tolerate that your lead are as clueless as you and freshies who intend to join, apply only if you can tolerate that your lead tells you "I don't know" for most of the time. good luck
