Good job starter for fresh grad Company owned a nice building with no coffee machine (sadly) Have many projects for you to get involve Nice colleague Stable company to work for
Cons
No performance bonuses, salary increment Face to face kpi review is basically none existent (what!!!) Didn’t have clear line/path for career growth . Even if you asked what makes you stand out from other candidates, hiring manager stated its basically English proficiency and didn’t list out the outstanding skill (trust me, been there done that ✔️) The management is too strict sometimes it does feel i’m at school instead of working a.k.a old school management work culture
