I met one friend
There was a pond outside you could walk around if you are able to squeeze the time in on your ridiculously short breaks
Cons
Sitting for 12 hours straight
Half hour unpaid lunch and only 2 additional 15 minute breaks
Managers are unenthusiastic and mostly uninvolved
No room for advancement, they just move you around to different jobs but you're status will stay the same forever
The tasks were tedious and hard on your body (ex. Looking through microscopes for 12 hours)
Working with coworkers was like reliving highschool drama
The training was disorganized and unhelpful
I learned more from my coworkers than from management
Upper management won't allow you to move to jobs that require more involvement and training if you plan on going back to college (personal experience)
They are trying to expand the company and increase production but lack equipment and proper training
Some days you'd have to "wait your turn" or fight over a microscope because coworkers would steal them from under you - Not enough equipment!! This would happen with chairs as well.
