Toxic communication style from senior management, including frequent interruptions, blame-shifting, and condescending tone
There is no independent or structured HR support — HR is managed by the founder’s spouse, which creates a clear conflict of interest and leaves employees without a safe or neutral space to raise concerns.
Serious issues such as bullying or workplace mistreatment are not addressed through any formal process.
Employees are left with no recourse or protection when problems arise, contributing to a culture of fear and silence.
