Bullying Culture and bad management. The girls are very immature and dont know how to manage or deligate tasks and micromanage. Theres also a lot of staff who will lie about other collegues and throw them under the bus to save their roles and management know this. Then they claim they're a supportive culture? Noticed a lot of younger girls intentionally try to sabotage. Constant after hours contact from managers - Clingy sales group chats. HR are terrible - respond to comments claiming they are sorry but couldnt care less- offer no support and even engage in making up lies about employess or threaten them, I was hung up on multiple ocassions when addressing my concerns. I was spoken down to constantly also. The put on a front of being a good culture but behave very differently.
