It once was a good place to work. When it wasn’t PE and when the product was competitive in the market.
Cons
I will mimic a lot of what has already been said. If you are using this research as a part of your decision to take the job or not, I can’t recommend you DO NOT enough - The product is not selling. It is not competitive in the market and they are not hitting goals. Lay offs are continuous, benefits are slowly decreasing, and it’s created a horrible and toxic environment and morale. - Outside of maybe 1 or 2 executives, leadership is a mess. Trust me when I say that no one has your back or is looking out for your best interest. Even their responses on here are written by AI. It’s all damage control for something that is too far gone. They will bring someone in from their PE to do their dirty work and fire you and either pour all of the work on someone else, replace you, or outsource you. They also do not have a clear vision. The “focus” shifts every month and it’s a fire drill to appease them and nothing lands.
