      Pros

      Very efficient and thorough interview process with clear directions and expectations outlined for each step. The onboarding process has been very effective with a helpful guided LMS and multiple learning methodologies available across the organization.

      Cons

      BigID is a very robust platform and there is quite a lot to absorb but the information is broken down well so it is easier to understand and digest over a ~six weeks timeline.

      Pros

      Product quality has significantly improved over the years. Scanning every type of data for sensitive elements is hard. Rare the product loses in head to head fair evaluations.

      Cons

      Market has been negatively impacted by competitors spending way more $ to buy influencers like CISOs & Resellers.

      Seen as a leader in their space

      Cons

      The impression I got is that they were in panic mode looking for investors or a buyer and there are concerns about other AI tools closing the gap to make them less distinct in the market. Recent massive layoffs only reinforce this idea to me.
