Pros
A new team of executives have been put into place that is awesome! They are all accomplished and smart, and while they want to grow the company, are dedicated to keeping a fun, laid back culture. Compensation has improved drastically, and new opportunities and positions are constantly being created. The office is comfortable, for the most part the people are truly great and the benefits are top-notch. The industry has unlimited potential and the company is poised to do great things. There have been a lot of new hires but the company still feels like a family in many ways.
Cons
Anything that used to be a detriment has been considered by senior management and honestly fixed to a surprisingly good resolution...better than expected. The only downside is its a start up; and things change constantly so you need to hold on because its a wild ride. But while some people do consider constant changes negative, for the people that love start up life you realize you would get bored if your workplace operated like every other stagnant company!
