I would say they don't do what they say they do. They do care about their employees but you have to be in the clique to feel they really care. Review process is subpar and old your not measured on what you do it's rather who you know. Hard work, long hours, and going above and beyond is not acknowledged or appreciated it has become expected and the norm. Advancement here is who you know rather than what you know and how you perform. You do your work but you never know how your success or progress is measured basically no news is good news here. Training is also suspect there really is no training program you just learn as you go. Nothing wrong with that just be aware if your looking for training protocol this place does not have it.
