This was simply a bad hiring move , as we were misled to the actual volume and accuracy which was conveyed, which showed vey quickly , and at the end of the day, was making others work harder to correct multiple mistakes. We skipped over some of the testing we normally do , and went with believing what was said , vs verifying , and /or do contract work for a week to see if the skill level described, was accurate. The release part could of and should of been done more professionally ,agreed, but at the end of the day, the fit was not correct. Good Luck
