Pros
The obvious pro is working for a company that is introducing a health drink to the New Orleans community. The warehouse is clean, and they often support staff with meals, events, incentives, and occasional football in the parking lot. They care about their employees. They pay on time. They have a diverse group of employees that all genuinely get along.
Cons
If you don't like Kombucha or respect the Scobi, you will not enjoy this company. Since the fermentation process is not 100% consistent, bottling days can shift depending on how the ferment is doing.
