Pros

During the time I worked there I sadly found nothing good. Many employees quit during the time I worked there. One employee more frustrated than the other always complaining about the manager.

Cons

Most of them are bad from the way the employee is treated to the way the employees' schedules are organized. There is no organization at all.

Pros

Friendly work environment, constantly challenging employees to strive for better. Joe is a great boss with an open door policy and always has time for his employees.

Cons

The only real con I can think of is the long hours

Pros

They put me in the field away from the office.

Cons

They hired me to do construction inspections. They wanted me to drive to Greenpoint section of Brooklyn where there is no parking. I told them that I do not drive to any area of New York City where there is mass transit as I know the subway system. They did not want to pay mileage and transit costs. They hired me at a much lower rate of pay and promised me that I would eventually be in charge of construction inspections. They insisted that I use a company issued cell phone that did not hold its charge and there is no cell phone service at my house as the trees shaded the house and block signals. I would call in every day for work. They had me go out only two or three days a week, even though I was promised full time work. The firm is run by two orthodox Jews who are very secretive. They sent me out one day to a location where they did not tell me what I was supposed to inspect or talk to. After one month, they let me go as they ran out of work for me.
