Pros
At the location I worked at was towards the more wealthy side of Las Vegas/Henderson area. So the majority of customers that came in were of the older demographic. That being said, we sold a lot of walking shoes, tennis rackets, pickleball sets, etc. We we’re also smooshed between 3 highschools and 3 middle schools, so we also saw our share of team sport players. Overall, my time at Big 5 Sporting Goods was fantastic. The people I worked with were all amazing and I still am in contact with a few of them to this day. I really enjoyed all of the time I spent at Big 5 Sporting Goods and I dearly miss it everyday I’m not there.
Cons
Some cons would be : •Carpets need to be professionally cleaned.(This is no fault of the store or the management but of the lack of scheduling with the, “higher up’s”. • Technology in the store was outdated.
