The pro you get payed more and payed like a 2nd when and only when you cover for another manager for 15 ,when your not it like 13 maybe.
Cons
dress code the lamest mostest ridiculous, girl with big butt better have the longest shirt cuz for heaven for been you wear legging or dress pants that doesnt cover your butt all the way, be prepared to be told that its incorporate, oh and the no hood on the jackets what??? they want to be cold outside.
