I've worked for a lot of sales organizations over the past 20 yrs and BidSync is the best company I've ever worked. There is a friendly level of competitive drive and motivation to win on the sales floor. I love that we do not have an aggressive cut-throat bull-pin type atmosphere. We have values. I feel our Sales director and management team care about our needs. I've experienced guidance and direction, and constructive support to make sure all sales reps and myself are accountable and know what it takes to be successful here. BidSync continues to grow and progress because we all strive to work hard as a team at improving. I feel great to be a part of the leader in our industry. There uses to be some downsides to the commission structure a while back, but our sales director and CEO listened to the needs of us as sales reps and made positive adjustments to implement a rewarding pay incentive structure for sales reps which have resulted in dramatic increase sales production
