Cons
Bideawee really exemplifies the exploitative nature of non-profit organizations. Long hours and exhausting work for a painfully small salary. The training is pretty non-existent and communication is in need of some extreme help. When there is communication, it came be very tense. You have your PTO, but if you take it (or call out sick) you feel guilty knowing everyone else will be exhausted from covering for you. You're expected to answer work emails and answer work calls on your days off or after work. Absolutely no work-life balance. The job gave me a lot of anxiety, all for barely any money.
