Pros
Health Benefits. That is it.
Cons
Horrific upper management - Micro manages everything and when it fails it's somehow your fault when they were the ones making the decisions.
Extremely prejudice against non Koreans, always speaks in korean behind our backs. Promotions? please don't even bother, if you're not Korean from the motherland. Upper management is ALL OG KOREANS maybe 1 American Korean in the mix.
Work life balance? They expect you to work 50+ hours and only clock 45 and they'll post you at the furthest location they have from your residence 4-6 hours round trip of commute is standard for them.
Compensation? Managers get 18-20/hr and Assistant Managers get 15/hr and Supervisors get 12.50/hr it's a joke and they say they'll give you more hours to work so you get more money....... thats not compensation thats extortion. Just pay proper pay for the industry instead of lowballing and making it seem like its okay by allowing overtime. This is why we have horrible work - life balance.
Corporate Support? You can bet 4 weeks lead time before anything gets done and fixed. Let alone shirts for your self or employees.
CEO has no clue what to do nor how to instill vision in the company. He's just a lap dog for upper management in Korea who controls the company.
