      You feel the direct outcome/impact on the product. The employees are pretty talented & friendly.

      Cons

      Way too much context switch, too much of hassle. May feel like patching old-fashioned code and not bringing real value for business.

      Pros

      - Most of colleagues are friendly - Hybrid at least (2 days) - Good office place 6/10

      Cons

      - No good salary or raise - Unhappy atmosphere - Unskilled Managers(soft or technical) - Many employees leave the company each month, and many newbies join - Same issues as on Getir (layoff, bad management) - Company does not much cares about employees, so people leave - Some projects are not handled well before, and working on them could make a headache. Result: It is a below-average place to work
