Pros

Less employees One of the teamlead is good he use to help employees to understand and motivates other employees but don't whether he has been removed or not .

Cons

HR behaviour is worst Owner do not have trust on their employes No work life balance Low salary but they want us to work for 24 hrs. Owner and hr always be in attitude. They use to threatened their employees Mentally torture and pressurised environment HR liles to do micromanagement .. And report the same to owner and pretends that she is with you. Love to remove employees.. Waste of time No training and they expect to do us everything No salary hikes Never join this company One of the owner always be in so much of attitude that he won't even deserve . And one use to do mentally torture Before clients they use to pretend themselves different and before employees they use to pretend diffrent. This is a genuine review ..
