      This company is generating lots of new sales, thanks to the concentration on sales for past couple of years.

      Cons

      Because of the sudden inflow of work the company is struggling to manage resourcing and many are over worked.

      -The pay is good for low level analyst

      Cons

      -Management doesn’t listen to employees -Both clients and staff are unprofessional -There is no work life balance. Everyone works 10+ hours -There is no real training process -A lot of micromanaging -Nothing is documented which makes the job and doing QA 10x harder and - No retirement benefits - It takes hours for associates to answer a simple question
