- The team is supportive, welcomes a new team member with warmth. - Tons of oppourtunites for someone that is open to take them. - Would definetly recommend this to others.
Cons
- The appraisal system isn't the ideal manner of doing it. - Not every team has a process that they follow or even evolve. - Long term employees are given more importance over the new team members. - No women in the leadership team.
