- Great people to work with, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere... until they all left - Excellent benefits package provided by the company - Constant stream of food and snacks available in the office - Opportunity to explore tasks and projects outside of your designated role, allowing for personal and professional growth. But don't think that it will allow you to move up within the company.
Cons
- Significant turnover rate leading to a loss of valued colleagues. Almost all the best are now gone, with tons leaving at the start of 2024. Company doesn't seem concerned with holding on to their best people... - Uncertainty and instability resulting from high staff turnover. They just put all the work on whoever is left. - No career advancement, due to strain on the company - Product teams cannot ship product, and engineering leaders seem to not care to do anything to make sure it happens. I don't see how a SaaS company can be successful if the engineering teams cannot even meet one deadline, let alone pushing deadlines out months and months at a time. - Several departments have unbelievably poor leadership. They got placed there recently after old leaders left or were fired, so they have no idea what they are doing. They waste a lot of time with meetings where nothing is achieved, when they need to be doing tasks to keep the company tracking with towards goals. There is not much time left.
