Pros
- Good benefits - Some of the people who are working there
Cons
I worked in the engineering department at this company. In my time there, over 90% of the engineering staff turned over due to the extremely toxic and hostile work environment. The Director of Engineering was promoted into the role despite lacking fundamental technical knowledge and engineering experience. He and the new VP have created a culture where employees are not respected. Their singular focus is on presenting positive metrics to upper management to make themselves look good, rather than addressing the serious issues causing employees to leave in droves. Nearly everyone I knew there was either actively interviewing for new jobs or staying only for the benefits, as the workplace culture and environment had become so negative and demoralizing. Employees were unhappy and felt unappreciated. The company seems to be on a downward spiral with no signs of meaningful change. I would not recommend working here, especially in engineering, until leadership takes action to improve the toxic culture they have created. - Toxic and hostile work environment - Over 90% turnover rate in engineering - Leadership lacks technical knowledge and experience - Employees are not respected - Sole focus is on optics and metrics rather than employee wellbeing - Most employees are actively job searching
