Pros
There are mo pros. The organization is bleeding millions in loss monthly, years off target, poor quality (multiple nonconformities per structure), and irresponsible and unskilled management. Turnover is the highest I've ever seen.
Cons
Workers and their management makes multiple mistakes daily. Documentation is riddled with errors. FOD walks infrequently occur. Several safety issues. Management cusses and screams at employees. The call people names such as "gray hairs" Mske statements that women cannot do the job like a man could. Morale sucks. No pay raises or performance reviews. Missed paying employees on time.
